Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle is a washerwoman for all the animals that live around Mr. McGregor’s garden.

Lucie has lost all her handkins. She keeps asking all the farm animals until she meets tiny, Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle the washerwoman.
