David Copperfield by Charles Dickens

David Copperfield by Charles Dickens

Bushra Zia

The story is a fictional autobiography of David Copperfield. David leads a cherishing childhood until his mother remarries. Then, his world is turned upside down with a strict step-father and step-grandmother. The story leads us to David’s manhood, his first love, and the woman that loves him from afar, Agnes.

This is a beautiful story that tends to drag on like most of Dickens work.
